13 Weeks

The baby is about 2.8" long and growing! Fingerprints have formed on your baby's tiny fingertips, its veins and organs are clearly visible through its still-thin skin, and its body is starting to catch up with its head — which makes up just a third of the baby's body size now.

The baby is very active at this point, with almost constant movements, but you will still not feel any of this activity. In fact, it has developed some interesting reflexes: touching the eyelids will make the eye muscles close, touching its palm will make the hand close, and tickling the bottom of its foot will make the toes curl . (How cute!!)

The intestines are migrating from their original position in the umbilical cord to their final resting place in the abdomen. The liver secretes bile and the pancreas begins to secrete insulin. Your baby's muscles lengthen and become organized, leading to stronger kicks!

We have a doctors appointment on Tuesday! So we will keep you posted on how everything goes. I am suppose to start feeling better soon! I am supposed to get a boost in energy and the nausea and vomiting is supposed to disappear...sooo they say!! =)

Here is an awesome video that shows 10 weeks to 14 weeks!

Next week... The baby is the size of a lemon?!?!?! That doesn't really make sense to me...maybe we are a small peach this week and a HUGE lemon next? I am open for a new fruit suggestion for next week. =) Needs to be approximately 3.5" in length and 1.4 oz. (that is one big lemon!!) Grow Baby Howlett grow!!

Also...Would love it if yall commented in the comments section....on two things...Is is going to be a boy or a girl?!?!?!?! And what are your top boy names and top girl names?!?!?

LOVE YOU ALL!!!
